Somebody named Lionel has moved into Groovy Ville and started naming buildings after himself. Meanwhile our hero, Tintin, goes for a walk around midnight and stumbles onto a vintage car and a gentleman from another century.
Lionel...probably related to the train people. First the cafe, next the hotel, and you can bet their eyes are on the railroad station.
